This dream of mine

As long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a writer & make my living writing books, short stories, poetry, & anything else people may want to read. The confidence in my abilities hasn't been there, but I've been working on that. I know now that I can do it. With enough determination I can see my name on the cover of a book (or two or ten) someday.

Right now, I know very little about the publishing process. Right now, I have only bits & pieces of stories completed. Right now, my mind is a jumble of thoughts & my calendar is very full. But I know I can get past any obstacle & work around any detour. I can do this.

  2. Tammy you can do this. I had very little confidence when I started blogging and that was in 2010. By that time I had written restaurant columns for newspapers, newsletters, ad copy and even had some poetry published. Do I have more confidence now? Not much more but every little bit helps. Some day you'll realize that even the most successful writers have insecurities, so you might as well throw your hat in the ring and start now. :)

    1. Thank-you for your comment! I've heard many writers say it's a constant battle with "that little voice" that tries to tell them they're wasting their time. Oh, that voice! Thank-you for stopping by my blog & good luck to you! =)
